Hello - my name is Max. I really enjoy reading. Every night before bed I like to read a lot. This summer, I read The Little Prince. I enjoy story and fact books. I also play chess and piano. I'm excited to meet everyone!

Hello I am Ariel I like to read and write ,This summer some of the books I have read are Wings of fire,Land of stories and Percy Jackson. I also play piano and my favorite sport is rock climbing . I can't wait to meet all of you.
I'm Oliver I like to read Wings of fire, I like soccer and basketball.
I am Maggie. I love to draw and I am learning how to play piano. I take lessons. This summer I read a few books in the Ramona series and I have been listening to audio books of Harry Potter. I am really excited to be in third grade with everyone and can't wait to get started.
Hi Mr. Wolfe. I am Silas and I enjoy reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid, the Neanderthal books, and the Narnia series (with my dad). This Summer, I really liked playing Pokemon Go. I like going on walks and I don't like sleeping. :) Does anybody else play Pokemon Go? If you do, maybe we can be friends (on Pokemon Go). I am looking forward to reading this school year. My name is Brody and i like to read and play soccer. I also like to play with my cousins. A book I read this summer was wedgie and gizmo.

This summer I have built legos, read Mr. Wolf 1 and 2, went on bike rides with my friends and swam on a swim team.
What I like to do is build legos, run and hike with my family. I also like to play pickle ball, soccer, swim, tennis and basketball.
I like to play on my trampoline with my brother and sister and bake with my mom. And I love puzzles.

I spent the summer in Kalispell, MT with my grandparents and had lots of fun camping, kayaking, hiking, biking, boating, and swimming in lots of different lakes.
I am excited about seeing my friends and starting 3rd grade!
Hi my name is Avery. I love cats and I have 2. My favorite book is Baby-Sitters Little Sister. I like to do ballet and jazz. This summer I had fun going on many boat trips and camping on our boat. I got a hamster and named her Summer. She is really funny because she stuffs food in her cheeks and looks like a chipmunk. My favorite trip was going to Lake Chelan and being with my best friend. A good book I read this summer was The Marvelous Journey of Edward Tulane. I can't wait for school!
Hi my name is Owen. I like to play video games, read, talk and play with friends, play piano, and work on projects. This summer I played video games maybe a little too much :I… I made a few projects that I put the links at the end of my comments and I had zoom meetings with a couple of my friends. I read a lot of books this summer. My favorite books are the Mr. Lemoncello books.

Thank you for your comment. I've heard about the Wings of Fire books, but I don't know much about them. What do you like best about the series? Percy Jackson is a great series too!

I love the Ramona series! I've read them as well as listened to them on audio books. Have you? The narrator for the audio books is awesome! Have you mom and dad check them out if they haven't already.
That's super you're taking piano lessons. That is one thing I've always wanted to learn to do. My daughters took lessons too. What song are you working on?

It sounds like you enjoy graphic novels? Thanks for asking for a suggestion. Have you read the Amulet series? A lot of readers in my class last year really enjoyed that. I like that you're enjoying the Narnia series with your parents. It's fun to hear different people read and the expression and voices they use.

Where did you go hiking this summer? Two hikes I went on are the Naches Loop and Fremont Lookout.

Did you go camping more than once this summer? I didn't go, but I was able to go on some good hikes.
Friday Night Movie Nights sound fun - We had them at our home and we had a concessions stand where the kids could buy treats and prizes. What do you do at yours?

I like kayaking a lot too. I usually kayak on the Puget Sound, but this year I was able to kayak a river - I liked it!

Hi, my name is Gracie. This summer I did a lot of fun things with my friends like when I went ziplining at Sunset Park with my friend Maggie or when I helped two of my other friends Vivienne and Georgia get a grasshopper they named Artichoke into a little habitat that we made.
I also had a lot of fun with my family like when I explored a fun park with my Grandma and her dog Bowie, but then we found out we were on the wrong path. I also like visiting my grandma and grandpa in Hawaii.
Hi, I'm Mia. I enjoy reading books like Judy Moody and The Never Girls. This summer my family fostered 2 orphaned newborn kittens and raised them until they were ready for their forever homes. I LOVE cats and hope to get my own this year. I also love travelling, especially to the ocean.
Hello, my name is Colletta. This summer i played with my two sisters who are two year old twins. They are a little crazy. I like soccer and dancing and have been swimming a lot. Our family started paying tennis and we are really bad at it, haha. I really like to read the baby sitters club because it is really funny, and am going to read more now that school started.
