😀Irene and Perla’s December & January News

Hi, third graders this month’s blog reporters are Perla and Irene!

Nutcrackers
We made giant nutcrackers out of paper about the size of Mr. Wolfe! Then all 23 nutcrackers got lamenated. Some people gave them to friends and family. 💂

See-though Santa/reindeer
We also made see through Santa’s and reindeer we used tacks to poke out the shape. You could do a see-through Santa or reindeer. 🦌

Christmas Party
Mr. Wolfe’s class had a party, we got to watch the movie ‘’Santa Claus is Coming to Town’’🎅 and had yummy hot chocolate and candy canes. It tasted so absolutely wonderful, the taste spilled across your tastebuds like frosting on a cake. The candy canes were great. When you bit into them, they tasted like sugar plums.  YUM☕😋

Class decorations
We had an elf on the shelf that moved around the room.  We to got find the elf on the shelf every morning. We had a Christmas tree and a Christmas countdown that showed how many days, hours, minutes, and even seconds until Christmas. 🎅

Mr. Davey
Mr. Davey came from London and came to our classroom.  He came to Washington because he was visiting Mr. Wolfe’s family.
He wanted to know what’s different in Washington schools and English schools because he is a substitute teacher in England. 👨

I hope you enjoyed our December and January news.
